Data Deletion Instructions

Drama Ops System allows users to request deletion of data associated with their connected social media accounts.

How to Request Data Deletion

Submit a deletion request using the contact email listed in the Meta app submission with the subject line Data Deletion Request - Drama Ops System.

Information to Include

• Your name or business name.
• The connected Facebook Page or Instagram account name.
• The email address used for account administration.
• A short statement requesting deletion of your data.

Deletion Timeline

We will review the request and delete the associated access tokens, account connection data, publishing records, and stored performance data within 30 days, unless retention is required by law or platform policy.

Local Deployment Note

If the system is deployed locally by the user, the user may also delete local data directly from their deployment storage.
