Drama Ops System is an internal operations tool used to manage, schedule, publish, and review performance for authorized short-drama video content on social media platforms.
Information We Collect
When a user connects a social media account, we may collect basic account information provided by the platform, such as account ID, account name, connected Page or Instagram account information, access tokens, and publishing permission status.
How We Use Information
- To authenticate users and connect authorized social media accounts.
- To publish authorized short-drama video content to accounts owned or managed by the user.
- To retrieve publishing status and performance data for internal reporting.
- To maintain audit logs for operational and security purposes.
Data Sharing
We do not sell user data. We only share data with platform APIs when required to authenticate, publish content, or retrieve performance metrics requested by the user.
Data Storage
Access tokens and operational data are stored in the user's local deployment environment. Users are responsible for keeping their local system and credentials secure.
Data Deletion
Users may request deletion of their connected account data and operational records by following the instructions in our Data Deletion page.
